Cloudflare receives your IP address and request data to deliver and protect the sites. No page can be returned without this data. The legal basis is Bård Standal's legitimate interest in operating the sites. Request data is kept only as long as needed for delivery and security.

Subscribing is optional, but an email address is required to send updates. Brevo receives the address and subscription time. Bård uses them only to send new writing, based on your consent. The address is kept until you unsubscribe. Brevo retains the opt-out record so that no further email is sent. You can withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link in every email.

Bård Standal is responsible for this processing. Contact [email protected] to ask for access and correction. Deletion or restriction may also apply. You may also have a right to portability or objection.

Cloudflare and Brevo may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards in their Cloudflare and Brevo data processing terms. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
